Return and Refunds

At MR.SHEET, a brand owned and operated by OneSolve Solutions, we strive to deliver products in perfect condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Wrong product delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of damage (photo/video) must be shared

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images or video of the issue

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days

  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Do not accept the package (if possible)

  • Contact us immediately with photos
